How do I regrade a completed quiz/exam?

I have created an exam from a test bank. All students have completed the exam. I discovered that 1 questions was keyed incorrectly and need to regrade the exam. I have changed and saved the correct answer in the test bank.

I have looked online and found the guide: How do I regrade an assessment question in New Quizzes?

I have followed the instructions successfully to Click Regrade Button and have not found the screen with a REGRADE option. 

I would like to know if this is the correct procedure to correct a question on an exam and if the method will result in the regrading of all student exams and rescoring of this exam/quiz

Are you using New Quizzes, which is what is featured in How do I regrade an assessment question in New Quizzes?

If you're using the more classic quizzes feature set you may need this guide https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-26221-what-options-can-i-use-to-regrade-a-quiz-in-a-course

Dear R. Carney,

Now I realize that New Quizzes was referring to a type of quiz. That was helpful.

I am using a Classic Quiz and will check out your suggested link.

Also I followed the protocol on this URL to shuffle questions (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9F3sCAozQs) . Would creating an exam in this format interfere with the regrading process?

One more bit of information. When I follow the procedure for regrading a multiple choice test and enter edit mode. The screen I get for questions looks like this. No boxes of multiple choice questions appear as shown in the examples and no regrade option is available.
