How do you quickly access analytics from a hidden external tool (Panopto)?

I am using an external tool (Panopto) that has been demonstrating issues linked to quizzing when students access assignments through the tool (Panopto) in through Course Navigation. The workaround has been for students to access the Panopto assignments through Modules and hide the tool from course navigation.
The problem that is created is that hiding the external tool prevents the link from displaying to both students and instructors in Course Navigation. This makes it cumbersome to access the analytics on the external tool. Is there a quick way to resolve this issue?
