I am an offshore international student who just enrolled for Semester 2. I finished sorting out my timetable however, my canvas is displaying the following message: "You are not enrolled in any courses". Is there generally a delay in the courses showing up on canvas after adding classes?

That depends on the school's process for populating new enrollments in Canvas. Schools frequently perform their enrollments in overnight batches. Your best course of action would be to contact the school in which you've enrolled for more information about course availability.
