How to get all courses from api with admin role

Hi All, I'm a newbie to this platform. I need your help to understand why even after having an admin role I cant see ant courses in my canvas page.
My ultimate aim is to pull the data into powerBI using api. (Eg - All the courses, assignments, grades and users). With my limited knowledge, I could only pull one course by proving the course number.
I was hoping to have a table with all Course details and another with assignments etc.
If anyone has achieved this or working on it, can we collaborate together?

You obtain the list of active courses in an account from the Accounts API to get a list of all courses.
The list your courses endpoint of the Courses API is specific to courses that you are enrolled in (emphasis on your)
