How to "unpublish" files so students can access them?

Jump to solution

I can see all the files on my view of Files, but my students can only see the syllabus.  The other files are for them "Unpublished."  How can I unlock or "publish" these files so the students can access them?

Hi  @skchock  - In addition to the posted guide, try the following.  When looking at your list of files, there should be an empty circle on the right side column. with your most, hover around that circle.  It may say "unpublished."  Click the circle and it should give you the ability to click "publish."  Once it is published, this circle will turn green and a check will appear inside the circle.  AT this point, your students should be able to see these files.  I hope this helps.
