How to remove an open course from the home page

Hi all,

I added a course that is open to staff members to access to the home page rather than just creating a secret link. 

I have since removed the option from the course settings. But the course is still viable from the browse option on all users accounts. 

Can anyone advise about how to remove this from the browse option but leaving the secret enroll URL option intact?
