I am trying to upload my video presentation and it keeps saying "Saving reply."  It has done this for hours and my presentation will not submit.  I need help. Thank you!

Is the presentation very long?

If it is then it will take quite some time possibly.

If you still have no luck then contact your Canvas support crew at you institution. 

For 24/7 support of myBPCC(Canvas)Will open new browser window or tab, click the Help icon in any course,  You can call or chat with a technician who will be able to access your course and assist.
