In the new Announcements display, posted announcement marked as delayed?

I think the new Announcements update has been fully deployed on our production system.

I see a course where an announcement shows as Delayed until Mar 12, 2018 at 5pm. (It's March 14 at 12:56 p.m. right now.)

An announcement from March 11 displays correctly.

Announcements scheduled to post April 18 and beyond are displayed correctly.

(These are announcements that were imported from the previous semester and then dates were updated to delay sending them out. Not sure if that's relevant.)

In my own sample course, I have a group of announcements that had previously been delayed postings. They say "Delayed until Feb 5, 2018 at 11 a.m." Again, it's March 14. 

(These I created in the course, which is ongoing and not limited by term dates.)

Anyone else seeing this issue? Is it a bug?

Hi  @skhagen .  I personally haven't had the issue with posting announcements that you describe, but it sounds like you have experienced this intermittently so I may have not used this feature at the right time to experience a problem. If you haven't already done so I would suggest submitting a ticket explaining what you have experienced.  The folks with support should be able to determine if this has been reported by other users as well and provide some guidance as to what may be happening.  

If you do discover what is causing this problem, please let us know.  If faculty at my institution run into something similar it would be nice to know what you learn!
