[ARCHIVED] Is anyone else having problems with dashboard and seeing assignments in Canvas?

Hi  @w1477114 nd welcome to the Canvas Community. 

I'm wondering if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. When I tried logging in to test it with Internet Explorer I came up with an uncooperative Canvas, as did other testers here. Chrome is working fine with Canvas. Here's a list of compatible browsers Which browsers does Canvas support?

I have several instructors that have white screens, and no access to manipulate their classes. When we go to courses they are purple and blue but we have no access to working on them. (Cleveland Ohio, Remington College)

For everyone participating in this discussion, if you're still experiencing this issue, here are some troubleshooting steps:

• Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?‌
• Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.
• Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
• If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
