Is there a known issue with grades on writing assignments that are linked to TurnItIn failing to load and/or disappearing?
This semester I have had 2 or 3 students whose paper grades failed to load from TurnItIn or initially loaded and then later reverted to zeroes. Is this a known issue?

I haven't received an answer about the issue. To avoid it in the future, I've shifted my essays to the publisher's course instead of Canvas for Spring semester.
Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear things didn't work out for you. Unfortunately several of the Turnitin integrations with Canvas (I can only assume which integration you were using but...) have different steps for troubleshooting. I hope you can return to Canvas (with Turnitin) assignments in the future.
