Is there a way to have shared access for collaboration on Canvas?

Is there a way for colleagues to add content to a course in Canvas from separate accounts? For example, if teachers are team-teaching or administrators are trying to work together to build content for their staff?

Hi  @lewisaj  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

The easiest way to accomplish this is to have all of the collaborators enrolled in the course as teachers. My best practice would be to enroll folks in an empty course shell to build the content, then copy that content into the final section shell, because some confusion is likely in collaborations, and a clean final product is desirable.
