Is this doable in Canvas?

I want to setup a number of courses in which students have a blog spot that they need to post on weekly as well as interact with each other's blogs.  For clarity, I have a five students: Bob, Kathy, Bill, Susan, and Silvia. Each of them will need to post a blog once a week that each of the members of the class will be able to read and respond to. Hopefully this will result in a lot of discussions on the blog.
