Issues with invalid pairing codes?

Hi everyone

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with sporadic issues with invalid pairing codes for parent observers? Even once we we rule out 24 hour expiration and just entry errors (cap sensitive, etc) we seem to have an excessive number of parents reporting invalid code. Any similar issues?
