Khanmigo LTI - some teachers can't login with Google credentials

We are trying to pilot Khanmigo at one of our schools.  There were handful of teachers who were unable to use the tool because they could not login using the "login with Google option."  It just occurred randomly for a few teachers while others were successful.  The error message just stated that an error occurred, to try again, or try another method.  We had teachers clear their cache, reboot their machines and try again, but they still had the same issue.  I have a Khanmigo support ticket in plan to reach out to our Google rep as well.  Does anyone have any insight as to what might be causing this issue?

Hi @KristenHonaker,

It's good that you have reached out to Khanmigo and plan to contact Google.

I am not able to provide any specific solution but something to consider is whether or not there is anything in your Google environment (or anywhere else before involving Google) that is inconsistent with any groups/permissions/memberships for the handful of teachers that are experiencing the problem.
