Learning Outcomes in Quizzes

I'm trying to have multiple Learning Outcomes associated with and report from one Quiz. I started by creating a Test Bank for each Learning Outcome, adding questions, and associated each bank with the appropriate Learning Outcome. I tested it out with a Test Student and it worked great, but when I actually gave the assessment to my students the reporting isn't accurate. For one Learning Outcome, the student score shows 90/100 even though each question is 7.5 points. For the second Learning Outcome, it shows there is no alignment. When I go back to the Bank that I pulled questions from, it shows that it is in fact aligned. If you have any ideas of what I'm doing wrong, I would love to hear them!
