How can I get my LockDown Browser to function properly?

Hello  @jcox219  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  Unfortunately, your question doesn't include enough detail in order for us to help troubleshoot.  Also, because the Respondus LockDown Browser is not a product owned by Instructure (the company that makes Canvas), we may not be able to provide a whole lot of support for you.  For third-party tools like this, it's usually best to reach out to the makers of the product, such as Respondus.  However, I did help to answer a question about LockDown Browser earlier this month, so maybe it will be of help to you, too.  Please review https://community.canvaslms.com/thread/42563 to see if it might help to answer your question.  Let us know if you have any other questions about this...thanks!
