Login issues

My students are having a hard time logging in once they have created an account and joined my classroom. They get an "invalid" message and have to recreate an account. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi,  @yvette_johnson . I would make sure your students are following the steps outlined in How do I sign up for a Canvas account as a student? I am thinking something is not going as planned when they create their account the first time.
