Logoff Canvas gives Error: SAML2::InvalidSignature . ADFS is used

Hi,
We use Canvas in conjuction with ADFS (3.0) for SSO. When logging out of Canvas, we get an error message:
SAML2::InvalidSignature
Please advise how to solve this problem.
