I updated my school email and changed the password and it wiped out my course and created a new account. I cannot see any of my previous work, nor the student's work, nor their grades. It is completely blank and says I have no courses. Please help, graduation is only a couple of weeks away.

You need to contact your school's Canvas support team, as this is a general Canvas forum. You need your local school Canvas admin to give your new account instructor permissions to your courses.

Hi @114546705719208 , @Gabriel33 is right that the adin team is your first port of call.
However I would be very concerned if there is tight coupling between email and Canvas account that would be disrupted by a password change - you definitively need Canvas/IT involvement in this.
The good news - nothing gets permanently removed in Canvas, so everything should be there once you are re-associated with it.
The author also said that they "updated" their school email, which I interpreted as changing the address (I guess that's rare, but not impossible).
About nothing getting permanently removed, I think that's a bit of a strong statement (I believe deleted questions in a quiz are one example), but in this case they should be fine.
