Hello, I need urgent help.
I registered on Canvas with my email, and enrolled in my course. However, I only finished email verification a day later.
Now I can only log in using "Login with Google", with the same email, but my course is no longer in my dashboard.
I believe Canvas created a separate user profile for my Google login, and the one with my original course is lost or inactive.
Please help me recover access to the original course or merge both profiles. I cannot re-enroll because my professor will give me a grade of 65 if I do.

@ArcegaErika I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your course. Do you know if this course is through the free instance of Canvas? That instance is found at https://canvas.instructure.com/.
If so, you may need to reach out to Instructure support directly at support@instructure.com, as the users in this forum do not have direct access to that instance.
