Making quiz scores visible, while keeping questions and answers hidden

How do I make the scores for an exam (created with Respondus) visible to my students, while assuring that they don't have access to the questions and answers. I'm happy to talk to them individually about their answers, but I don't want to set up a situation that allows the questions to be passed on to students taking my course in the future.
