Manually Adding Students?

Can I add un-enrolled students who are Columbia students but have different registration dates? They need to see the materials for the first week of class before we meet.

As luck would have it, I work in Columbia's IT dept. supporting Canvas. Non-Columbia folks who come across this discussion will not be able to access.]
