Microsoft Forms Not Loading on Mobile

I'm a teacher. I embedded a microsoft form in a canvas assignment so students could complete the form on canvas. However on some students' mobile devices, the form doesn't show up on the assignment page. It does on others so I am at a loss. Have others had similar problems? Have others found a solution?

Hi,

Are the students logging in with a web browser like Chrome or Safari, or are they logging in with the Canvas Student app?  Logging in with a web browser should work even if they are using a mobile device, but in my experience, the Canvas Student app is really only guaranteed to work for actual Canvas resources, and it doesn't always know how to handle external resources.
