I am not sure if you are an instructor or a student. Also, the vast majority of Community users don't have access to your school's Canvas environment, so this might be a bit hard to answer. As a Canvas administrator for our school, I've had a small bit of experience with Cengage and the MindTap integration.
If you are an instructor, you might need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if the Cengage LTI external app has been integrated with Canvas. I believe this LTI is normally installed at the Canvas account level. For us, the "Cengage" button appears as a course navigation button that instructors can bring into their courses using this Guide: How do I manage Course Navigation links?.
If you are a student, then I would recommend reaching out to your instructor to see how you can access the Cengage MindTap content in your course. How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
