Mobile App - discussion reply

Hi, our midterm grades were just posted and it seems that one submission of mine was missing. I remember submitting my reply via Canvas mobile app the first week of February.. and this was in fact the only mobile submission I ever made. Is there any way to uncover it?? How could it just disappear???

 @bawak963 , as much as we'd like to be able to help you with this, the members of this Community don't have access to specific courses or accounts and won't be able to help you troubleshoot the whereabouts of the missing submission. Your best bet will be to initiate a ticket with Canvas support (following the instructions in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-1524 ). A support engineer might be able to check your activity for the date in question to determine what might have gone wrong with the submission and whether it can be recovered.
