Hi, I did some embedded activities through canvas and just one student told me that he is having issues on his mobile device, he says that the keyboard from his android cell does not pops up. This prevents him to answer any type in answer. He can navigate through canvas with no problems at all. How can I solve this?
I think to better answer this question I would need to see where in the course the student is having the issue (screenshot) and the device and operating system version being used. One quick fix would be to uninstall the app and reinstall. Thanks.
