Multiple Assigned Peer Reviews: Rubric Already filled out

I'm in a course where multiple (2) peer reviewers are assigned to a student's submission. In the assignment submission page I can see that I am assigned to peer review two students. When I click one of the names and try to go to the Rubric, the rubric is already filled out by another peer reviewer. Since the Rubric is required, I cannot submit the peer review.
How do I fix this?
