Multiple Campuses

Pierce College in Washington State has three Campuses. How do I help students log on to a particular Campus with Canvas and or delete

Hi  @kstokley  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

I am the eLearning director at CPTC just up the road from you, and have work with Pierce and your predecessors for many years.

As far as I know, despite having multiple campuses (we do too, and so do many of your sister colleges in our state system), you just have a single Canvas account. You also have a single student information system. So the login support is the same across the board.  It might be that your Canvas account has been set up with sub-accounts to better organize your branch campuses, but that will also not make any difference.

I am going  to shoot you my contact info by DM in this community. I can help you with this and also get you hooked up with our State Board's eLearning Council composed of all the LMS Admins in our system. It is a great resources for system-specific questions and more.

We have a student who last quarter attened our Joint Base Lewis McChord Campus, this quarter he now attends our Fort Steilacoom campus his Canvas on his phone keeps pulling up the campus he no longer attends and will not pull up the campus he is at. What should he do to stop the old campus pulling up

Easiest solution is to have the student uninstall the app then reinstall it. Then it will provide a fresh opportunity to choose the school.

Love your Fort Steilacoom Campus. We went there for an ELC meeting a couple years back. Did not even realize it was there.
