Needing Urgent Help

Hello, every time my daughter,who's in 2nd Grade have to do Math Assignments, we go through Module that leads to Student Edition, she tries to write her answers on the assignment worksheet  but it doesn't let her wright anything nor print out the assignment properly so that it shows the entire worksheet. Every time she press on the little thing that looks like a miniature camera on that site, a message keeps telling us, "the eReader cannot, at present, save your notes or highlights for the eBook. Please log in again." First of all, I don't know where they mean about login in, my daughter could never do her Math Assignments due to this issue. she always have to wright the questions and answers in a regular notebook. This is really bad for me because she can't even Submit her answers so that the teacher can see that she did do her work and then she gets stuck re-doing work she has already completed. Not one of her Math Assignments except math Test have been submitted to show it was done. I'm really upset and stressed out about this. Would someone PLEASE HELP us with this issue, we are tired of going in circles trying to figure this out. 

P.S. Her teacher did give us a GoMath site one time but it hasn't worked in quite a few weeks now.

Also, is there a site where we can print, copy out of GoMath worksheets so that we can send it to her teacher via email?

Hi Maya, I wish I knew the answer, hoping someone official gets back to you quickly.  In the meantime, are you able to take screenshots of the screens where your daughter is typing in her answers?  Even taking a photo with a phone would record her answers as proof that she did the problems and make it so she has a record of what answers she gave.  Have you asked the teacher if they know what the fix is?  In any case, try to stay calm. Someone will answer this for you.  Being your child's teacher and computer expert was not originally in your job description.  You are doing your best

Thank you for the advice. I hope someone does tell me what we're suppose to do. I really prefer that her teacher gets the assignments right away because school is almost done and from the looks of it no kids will be returning back before June this year. Thanks once again. Stay safe!

Hi,  @0617139877 . I know how this feels. My son's school is using a platform to share notes and information but another system to offer some of the learning activities. Navigating between the two has been really hard sometimes. From what I can tell your daughter's teacher is using Canvas modules to share links to Go Math! Academy. We know a lot about Canvas but I'm not sure how much help we are going to be when it comes to the Go Math! system/website. I would recommend reaching out to your daughter's instructor because they will know the most about what needs to be done.
