New Quiz: add audio - students can download the audio?

In Canvas new Quizzes, we can add audio (mp3) to a question. In the preview, I can see that the student can download the audio (via the 3 dots) ? 

Is that the case?

Why would we want the student to be able to download (exam) questions? Can that be switched off?
