New Quizzes Item Analysis Question Order

When looking at the item analysis for Canvas New Quizzes, the questions are not in the same order as they are on the assessment.  Since the entire question is not shown for some types of questions (i.e. fill int he blank questions showing only the statement, which might be just a blank, and not the question stem), it seems impossible to tell what question the data is about for some questions.  Is there any way to find out which question the data is tied to?  Or can Canvas change its item analysis so that the questions in that report are in the order than they are featured in the assessment?  I'm not sure why this isn't already the case.
