Not able to edit/delete content

I am not able to delete Pages from Canvas. When I click on the three vertical dots to the right of my doc, it does not open up a drop-down box which allows me to delete or edit content.

Do you know if the course you are working in is part of a Blue Print group of courses?  There is the ability to prevent Pages from being edited or deleted if they are part of a Blue Print group of courses.  There are also permissions that can be changed to prevent users from editing or deleting pages as well, but if you can edit or delete other pages this may not be the issue.

Thank you, Robbie, for taking the time. As far as I know, we are not part of Blue Print group, however, I solved my issue by using Firefox instead of  Chrome. I remembered I had a similar issue with Pearson and that seemed to take care of the issue then and it seems to work now as well.
