I'm an account admin. One user account is missing information and I can't figure out why--it appears to be affecting our import.
No edit/act as user/delete tools.
No login information block.

I am guessing this happened through an integration run with your SIS. Have you tried to add the information manually?

Correct, the issue is between Colleague and Canvas. There has not been a historical issue; what would happen if I tried to create the manual account when the account already exists in a faulty state?
Test has not been affected.
Yes, you will need to delete the existing account, then manually add the new account.
It will work just fine.
