One-way video interviews?

Hi there!
I am looking to see if there is a potential asynchronous one-way video interview solution for Canvas LMS?
My goal is to use Canvas (or, most likely, some form of tech that can be integrated with it) to facilitate asynchronous viva-style assessment and authenticate student work in tasks vulnerable to AI.
I did obviously consider a quiz and asking students to submit video responses for each question, but that doesn't work easily with studio (and it doesn't seem to limit the time for each question response).
I know one-way interviews are very common now in the job market, where applicants get a question and then are immediately recorded responding to that. It would be wonderful to be able to use that in higher ed.
Does anyone know of a tech or platform which make this form of asynchronous one-way interview or viva possible?

Don't you miss Flipgrid? Which would be perfect for this? (or Flip if you were a later adopter)..
Discussion forum:
So the only way that I could maybe see this work is post a video prompt to a discussion forum and then on the forum check that student information is hidden and they can't see the other posts until they reply.. They would be able to see other replies but would have to post first.
Other Option: Online Assignment Submission.
The other thing you could do is an upload assignment .. Create your prompt as the assignment. (If you have the record button enabled in the rich text editor this will work best). Then make sure you choose Online Submission and then Media Recording.
The student can record a response.
See the screen shots I included, I tried this out to see if it would work.
Then you make it an Online Submission.
The students can upload media for the prompt
