Pearson grades not syncing in Canvas Gradebook

In a Peason MyMathLab intergrated/linked course one students work is not syncing to the Canvas gradebook

All other students work is syncing.

Thoughts?

Hi  @leaj 

I am thinking it is an issue with that one student's Pearson account, and would suggest talking with Pearson Support.

I was forced to use Pearson MyLab for a year, and hated it, but had never seen this problem.
