Peer Review and Annotation Tool

Support was very helpful, but can the developers work their magic so that I can use the Annotation tool in Speedgrader while the Peer Review function is turned off?  I'd like to be able to have both of these features available.

Could not agree more. Being able to provide good peer evaluation feedback shouldn't be a tradeoff to annotated feedback. But this has been a complaint since 2018, so don't hold your breath. I suspect there is some bizzare coding issue in the back end that has these two features on two branches that can't be connected 😭
