Peer Review of a Collaboration?

My students are using a Collaboration document to complete a team assignment.  One member of the team will then submit the team's completed work using a Google Form.  I would like the students to evaluate the performance of each of their team members as well as their own performance.  Is there a way to easily do this in Canvas?  I have used Teammates for this in the past, but would prefer to use Canvas if possible.

 @tgillian , greetings! Sorry your question has been sitting here for so long without a response! The only thing I can think of is using doing an actual "peer review" assignment and have the rubric be their evaluation of their team members. You could then manually assign each person to "peer review" only their team members.
