[ARCHIVED] Portfolium page will not upload photos

I have tried uploading a background photo from my computer, I have tried from my phone, and I have tried from the app which will not even log me in in the first place. I am very frustrated so far with this site. I want to be able to upload relevant photos to course work and projects I have been a part of, but from every platform the browser simply attempts to load perpetually.  The site is simply not working for me from any device.

Hi,  @avoth  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

That's definitely frustrating. Unfortunately, we're not able to replicate this, so please ask a member of support for assistance; a support agent can look directly at the environment in which the issue is occurring to help troubleshoot. You can use the "Chat with an expert option" that displays at the bottom right of every Portfolium page, or you can select the "Report a Problem" option on the Help menu of your Canvas account to initiate the support request (How do I get help with Canvas as a student?).
