Well this is very interesting. If there is anyway you can hold off messing with the settings, we can try and dig in. We found one case like this where it happened in Arabic but the user made some changes before we could test to see what was going on.
Bummer, it appears the issue has already been addressed. In your instance, it looks like you went into your profile settings at 7:40. Would you mind sharing what changes, if any, you made to your account settings?
So on our end, it looks like you were on the app when you started receiving the notification? Is there any chance you may have accidentally switched the settings while on the app?
