Printing an email message

When I attempt I attempt to print an email message it only prints the first page. How does one select the whole document for printing?

Hi  @gerving  Welcome to the Canvas community!

Are you asking about Canvas, because Canvas does not have email? Canvas has a messaging system called Inbox that is meant for communication between members of a Canvas course.

If so, there is no easy way to print Inbox messages, beyond select/copy/paste.

If you are asking about emails, then I am afraid it will be challenging to get help in here, because this the global community of Canvas users, and not a general IT support site..

Hi Kelley,

Thanks for getting back to me. My question was about the Inbox function within Canvas. When I want to print a multi-page email I’ve sent or received, it doesn’t allow me to select all of the pages. Consequently, I’m only able to print the first page. I’m wondering if there’s a “select all” function I’m not seeing, or if it’s a Canvas limitation.
