Problem with Code Embed tool for Assignment Submission

My Java programming class is using the external tool "Code Embed" to submit our coding assignments. Before, I was able to use the Code Embed tool easily, but now I am unable to add new embeds at all. The previous half screen of being able to select my language and insert code doesn't show up anymore. Instead, all that pops up is a Code Embed that doesn't allow me to edit it. Sometimes, the edit button shows, and when I click it, I am directed to a white screen that says "Not Found". Can someone help me with this issue?
