I am a TA, and I am attempting to create a question bank. Every time I attempt, I add the title and then if I try to touch anything after that it just disappears. I cannot edit it because it will just disappear.
Canvas isn't very intuitive when creating a Classic Quiz question bank. Try typing the Enter/Return Key once you create the title. That should retain the question bank.

Good answer! Adding a title to a new bank and then clicking out of the text entry field will cancel the process. @AshtonHenry1 you will definitely want to press your return/enter key after typing in a name for the bank.
