Professor/student classes info

A professor is having an issue. She can see a student viewing a class but isn't listed in the class. Trying to figure out what is going wrong. Doesn't list the student as being in the class, but might be.

Hi Dave,

What specific area is the instructor looking at to see "a student viewing a class"?  That would help give some idea exactly what is going on.

Also, what is the visibility of the course set to (under Settings, as described inhttps://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13078-how-do-i-customize-visibility-options-for-a-course )?
