Publish one assignment to different students on different days

Is there a way to publish an assignment on different days for different students without creating a duplicate assignment?

Yes, at the bottom of the assignment, you an use the "Assign To" option to give different due dates. Click on the "+" button at the bottom of the due date box to add another due date for a different group of students.
