I had a quiz that was timed for 10 minutes. I left and came back and it said I had already completed the quiz and I got a 0. I don't have any attempts left... What am I to do?

Hi  @rachael1213130  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Even if you exit a quiz the timer continues to run and Canvas auto-submits when your time runs out. You will need to contact your instructor to ask for an additional attempt.
