While attempting Quiz in the Canvas, a few of my students complained that their chosen options for Multiple choice questions have not been saved, choices of some questions are unchecked (which they say they checked by choosing one among the choices).
As I tested this situation using a mock quiz myself, I did'nt get any such situation. But can we really rule out this problem? or is there a fix to it?
@STPSrinivas I would make sure they are using a supported browser:
I can tell you that while it is supported, using Safari on quizzes will almost always cause issues (at least from my experience). Every time I hear about a quiz not working issue, it is because the student was using Safari.
