Quiz questions to question banks

If I create a practice quiz not using questions from a question bank is there a way to move those quiz questions to a question bank or do I have to retype all of the questions into a new bank?

Hi,

I am not sure if you are using new quizzes or legacy quizzes but in general you might solve this by exporting course content (Quiz QTI-file) and import the QTI-file into a question bank:
