how do i remove a quiz attempt from a students record

Hi pete.kesselring,  @kblack ‌ had a good response to an earlier question here, Clear Quiz Attempt, which I will like to rather than repeating the information.  Basically, I believe the system is designed to retain information/records in case a question arises later to what was done and when by a student.  As Ken explains and provides documentation to, additional attempts can be awarded to students or a class to accommodate student needs.
