Great question!

There are a number of ways of doing this.

1. record yourself with the recording tool in the Rich Content Editor. How do I record a video using the Rich Content Editor as an instructor? 
2. use an extension tool like Speak It
3. use the Immersive Reader 

There may be other ways too. But those three will get you started.
