How do I receive an announcement that I sent as an instructor in my e-mails, as the students do?

Thanks for sharing your question with us. Since you want to receive a notification for an announcement you've sent and you want it to go to your email, then you'll need to verify your notification settings. This might be helpful: How do I set my Canvas notification preferences as an instructor?
In Course Activities section there is a choice for "announcements sent by me" - you'll want to select right away, daily or weekly under the column for your email address.
If you don't have a column listing your email address, you'll want to update that. You want your email to be the correct address and for it to be the default.
